I changed my email address? Do I need to create a new account?
Yes or no.
If you do not wish to access photos from previous years, simply click the "VIEW PHOTOS" button in the email and create your new account.
If you wish to maintain access to photos from previous years (taken by Fotosko)...
You will need to update your email address in your account.
Here's how.
2. Enter your username (the email address you used to create your account) and password. Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password and you'll receive an email to reset it.
3. Click My Account and select Settings.
4. Click Change Username.
5. Enter the new email address and save.
6. Now go to the email you received from Fotosko and click the "VIEW PHOTOS" button.
Repeat step 6 if you have more than one child.
