Why are some photos grayed out?
If some photos appear grayed out in your picture sets, that's normal! It means those photos aren't available for the layout you've chosen:
- Portrait templates: disable group photos
- Group templates: disable individual photos
This is how our system works to keep your designs looking great. Simply choose a different product or layout to access those images.
