I didn't receive my download link

Step 1: Check your spam folder

Look in your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folders — the email may have been filtered there by accident.

Step 2: Access your account directly

  1. Log into your Fotosko webshop
  2. Select 'Digital Photos' > 'My Downloads'
  3. Your files should be available there
